These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of our website, mobile application, artificial intelligence coaching models, and related software tools (collectively, the "Services"). By downloading, installing, or using our Services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1 Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing any part of myGOcoach AI, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) and possess the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you must immediately cease all use of our Services.

2 AI Coaching Services & Disclaimer

myGOcoach AI leverages artificial intelligence algorithms to provide personalized goal tracking, daily motivation, productivity recommendations, and personal coaching insights.

Important AI & Medical Disclaimer

Our AI coaching insights are generated for educational and motivational purposes only. myGOcoach AI is NOT a licensed medical professional, therapist, mental health counselor, or financial advisor. Never disregard professional medical or psychological advice based on output from our AI systems.

3 User Accounts & Security

To unlock the full functionality of the mobile application, you must register for an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials:

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated registration details.
You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4 Subscriptions, Free Trials & Billing

Certain premium AI coaching models and features require a paid subscription:

Billing Cycles: Subscriptions auto-renew monthly or annually through your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account unless canceled at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date.
Free Trials: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited once a subscription is purchased.
Refunds: All payments and app store transactions are managed directly under the respective store billing policies (Apple App Store / Google Play).

5 User Conduct & Prohibited Activities

You agree not to misuse the Services or assist others in doing so. Prohibited conduct includes:

Attempting to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of our AI engines.
Submitting harmful, abusive, harassing, or unlawful content into the AI prompts.
Using automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or extract system data.

6 Intellectual Property Rights

All trademarks, logos, brand assets (including the "myGOcoach AI" name and design), user interface graphics, and proprietary software algorithms are the exclusive property of myGOcoach AI. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes.

7 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, myGOcoach AI and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use or inability to use the Services.

8 Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. When material updates occur, we will revise the "Last Updated" date above and provide notification in the app or website interface.
